Headspace Extra will provide a longer term level of support involving both clinical and psychosocial support to assist with reducing the impact level of chronic severe mental health impairment on young people and their families.

 

The referral pathway into the program is the same as any headspace referral by way of completion of the referral form located on the website https://headspace.org.au/headspace-centres/newcastle/.

 

It is best to contact headspace on 4929 4201 to discuss the referral with our Support Coordinator Marie.
