Christmas Spirit

The Christmas spirit in Port Stephens is strong this year!

We have received a large donation of Toys from Salamander Bay Rotary.

Nelson Bay Real Estate is hosting a Gift Giving Tree where all items will be donated to us to distribute to families in Port Stephens. The Real Estate are also using their networks to get more local business involved! So far we have heard reports of local businesses donating toys, sporting equipment, clothing, hampers and money for the tree.

We are also receiving toy donations from Fibonacci Coffee in Thornton, Ray White in Salamander Bay and many individual donations from staff members and their families wanting to help out!

Share the Dignity have even donated 50 bags from their “It’s In The Bag” Campaign to help women accessing our Emergency Relief and Homeless Services.

We are so overwhelmed and excited by the generosity we are seeing flowing in throughout Port Stephens. But more than that, we are so excited that we are able to get these gifts out to those families in the community that are doing it tough this year.
