PSFaNS ‘Free To Be You’ is a drop in afternoon for young people in Port Stephens who identify as LGBTQIA+ or who are questioning their sexuality or gender identity.

To participate parents will need to see their GP for a Mental Health Care Plan and have an
individual caseworker.
The teen years can be challenging. This program helps parents navigate the tough times.
A program for parents with children 2-12 years, needing some help tackling common parenting issues.
